Are you an overthinker? Do you think about something way longer than anyone else would? I know I do. I sit there and ruminate over things that most people would have let go of after just a couple minutes. This is the struggle I have- maybe you have this same struggle.

So I was so excited when I came across this book this summer. It is a brand-new release by Max Lucado called *Tame Your Thoughts: Three Tools to Renew Your Mind and Transform Your Life. After seeing it, I bought this book immediately and read it in one day- it is so good! It is full of some truth and practical advice to help. I am going to share some of my favorite takeaways from his new book as well as from an older book called *Anxious for Nothing by Max Lucado. I highly recommend these books!
