I loved being a guest on Aida’s podcast, Mom’s Way To Wellness for a two-part episode!

 In Part 1, we have a conversation about heartbreak to hope for moms!  We talk about the different ways that grief is a part of our motherhood journey and the importance of allowing ourselves to work through our emotions rather than trying to bypass them. In Part 2, I give tools on how to help our kids learn how to manage their emotions through heartbreak. I love that she has one episode to help us as moms and then one for how we can help our kids!
