Depth Podcast Episode 151: Hold That Thought — Gem Fadling
Listen now:
Have you ever had a thought in your head and it took over? It started to change the way you think about yourself. Maybe you started to be extra hard on yourself, both critical and negative. Or maybe it was a thought about someone else and it just changed how you acted.
Our thoughts are definitely powerful, so I am excited to talk with Gem Fadling. I have her back on the podcast and we are talking about her new book, *Hold That Thought: Sorting Through the Voices in Our Head. This is such an important topic because we all have these thoughts that run rampant in our head. We just need to learn how to discern which thoughts are helpful and which ones are unhelpful as well as how to respond to them. This podcast episode has so much practical wisdom, but one of my favorite parts is at the very end when she talks about the table analogy. I think you are going to love it.
Also, I am so excited for someone to win a copy of Gem’s new book: *Hold That Thought. All the details of the book giveaway are on my website at jodirosser.com or you can click this direct link: https://kingsumo.com/g/3tn7y6/hold-that-thought-book-giveaway
It is fun to have Gem back on the Podcast! If you missed my first conversation with Gem about her book, *What Does Your Soul Love?, please check out Episode 117 on the Depth podcast. I love what she shares about transformation.
